Project Management Services

Assist and support project definition (e.g. objectives, scope, timeframes, etc.) efforts and implementation plans.
Manage project resources of people, time, and capital.
Develop and manipulate project tools (i.e. schedule, budget) to facilitate efficient conversion of aforementioned resources.
Develop and oversee general project execution processes such as engineering/construction change management (ECM) and guidelines for worksite training, environmental health & safety.
Create and manage detailed project execution processes such as �factory acceptance tests� (FAT�s) of equipment and �turnover� of documentation (TOP�s) to support installation, commissioning, qualification, and validation (CQV) efforts.

Engineering Services

Assist in the development and review of designs for facilities, manufacturing areas, and manufacturing processes.
Support the development and implementation of designs for Process Equipment and Automation Systems.
Serve as Subject Matter Experts (SME�s) for various manufacturing equipment and processes.
Perform inspections of equipment vendor and/or supplier production facilities at all stages of procurement and fabrication.
Execute �factory acceptance tests� (FAT�s) for equipment.
Support engineering/construction change management procedures such as Requests for Information (RFI�s).
Inspect construction sites and monitor construction and installation activities.

Commissioning and Qualification Services

Support planning of facility and/or area operational �shutdowns� to facilitate construction and installation activities.
Develop and execute Start-up and/or Commissioning procedures for equipment and manufacturing areas.
Create Validation master plans and protocols as well as manage the review process for such documents.
Support the execution of Qualification procedures including Installation (IQ), Operational (OQ), and Performance (PQ).
Serve as Subject Matter Experts (SME�s) for various cleaning and sterilization processes.
Assist in the development and implementation of preventative maintenance (PM) procedures including �bills of materials� (BOM�s) and �standard operating procedures� (SOP�s).
